I have a lot of unpublished stuff about Lewallen and Marochini (correct spelling). All the FBI, Garrison, HSCA stuff, and I do have the SBA (Systems Board of Adjustment) hearing you mention.
Lewallen met Ferrie in the CAP in Cleveland in 1947. When he moved to New Orleans in the early 50s, he resumed his friendship with Ferrie. Lewallen did live next to Shaw at one point. Lewallen was not employed by Reily Coffee - I think you misread something. He was living with Ferrie at various times in 1963. I can give you more, and with more precision when I get home to my files.
The correct spelling is Marochini, from his employment record. It lists several of his other jobs. I'll post some of that when I get home. Ferrie also mentioned Marochini in his SBA testimony, as the man who translated his "degree" (from the degree mill in Italy) into English. The two were also spotted in Ferrie's company in late 1962 by EAL's investigators.
I don't read too much into Lewallen and Marochini, but maybe you'll find something I missed.
