Ferrie Innocent on One Charge

       Judge Leo W. McCune of the Jefferson Parish juvenile court Tuesday [27th] found David W. Ferrie innocent on one of five charges of indecent behavior with a juvenile.

       Ferrie, 43, 331 Atherton Dr., Metarie, a former airline pilot, has charges against him in both Jefferson and Orleans parishes in connection with alleged indecent acts with juvenile boys, and has also been charged with extortion, intimidation of a witness and threats against a juvenile in Orleans Parish.

       Judge McCune Tuesday maintained a plea of prescription filed in connection with one of the remaining four charges.
