Bureau files reveal [Dean] Andrews was born in 1922. In 1951 he applied for the position of Special Agent with the FBI; he was never employed. In 1954 he was investigated as an applicant for a postion with Immigration and Naturalization Service. Persons who knew him described him as poorly adjusted and not well-balanced, as unstable, and as a "big talker" who had the habit of stretching the truth.
